Koorda is a small Western Australian town in the north eastern Wheatbelt region and app. 235 kilometres east of Perth and 40 kilometres north of Wyalkatchem at the northeastern end of the Cowcowing Lakes. A popular time to visit Koorda is in early September when it hosts the annual Koorda Agricultural Show, which brings together past and present Koorda residents, along with a large number of visitors.
