The small town of Westonia is located in the wheatbelt region of Western Australia, and is some 300 kilometres east of Perth and an equal distance west of Kalgoorlie. Visitors to Westonia can park their fully self-contained recreational vehicle at St Luke’s Church at no cost for up to 48 hours. There are rubbish bins provided and pets on a lead are permitted but must be kept under control and cleaned up after. A dump point is located nearby on the corner of Westonia-Carrabin Road and Boodarockin Road. The Westonia Caravan Park offers free potable water. Westonia has a heritage focus, with the town having a range of restored historic buildings.
